Requirements:

- Research, prospect and establish leads
- Phone prospecting and setting appointments
- Prepare & present sales proposals
- Discuss products & services thru interactive presentations that outline features, benefits & unique selling points
- Close deals
Marketing Assistant (MA-01)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and public relations efforts
- Professional verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess market demands and monitor trends
- Identify potential clients
- Analyze pricing strategies
- Coordinate & participate in promotional activities & trade shows
- Assist in the production and proper distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain & update mail databases
- Monitor competitors’ activity
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
- Research and develop marketing plans
Printer Technical Support Engineer (PTSE-01)
Requirements:
- Technical & electronics background
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose hardware / software faults & solve technical problems either over the phone or face to face
- Truly enjoys helping users with their technical issues
- Ability to bend, stoop & lift as needed
- Experience with desktop and large format printers, a plus
- Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays as required
Key Responsibilities:
- On-site installation and training of large format printers to end users
- Maintain, monitor and repair
- Respond to technical issues within time limits
- Provide support & resolve technical problems
Purchasing Assistant (PA-01)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Computer literate
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiating skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work independently
- Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers specifying quality, quantity and delivery schedules
- May work with suppliers to develop new products and re-launch existing lines
- Monitor market changes, competitor prices, product sourcing and alternative suppliers
- Monitor the performance of product lines and suppliers, and, if necessary, terminate contracts.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Prepare & process requisitions and Purchase Orders
Accounting Assistant (AA-01)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and generally accepted accounting practices
- Knowledge in taxation, state financial regulations, SSS and PAG-IBIG
- Ability to analyze and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
- Willing to work under extreme pressure and long hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports
- Prepare accounting entries on general entries and document business transactions
- Review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices & other accounting documents
- Monitor and review accounting related reports
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staffs, vendors and clients
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up of accounts receivables and payables
- Clerical tasks pertaining to accounting and bookkeeping
Inventory Management and Warehouse Control Assistant (IMWCA-01)
Requirements:
- Male / Female not over 30 years old
- Computer literate with MS Office applications and Outlook Express
- Knowledgeable in Quickbooks applications, a plus
- Able to work independently, multi-task and under extreme pressure
- Flexible and willing to render overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in receiving, QC and product returns of incoming purchased items
- Release of stocks
- Record, track and manage all incoming and outgoing items
- Order filling, shelf stocking, inventory cycle counting
- Report loss, damaged and monitor stocks and supplies level
- Tallying of stocks with physical countiand spread sheet report
- Other duties to be assigned as necessary
